Jane Goodall Shared Desire to Send Trump and Musk on One-Way Space Mission

After dedicating years observing chimpanzee actions, Jane Goodall became an authority on the aggressive tendencies of alpha males. In a recently released interview recorded shortly before her demise, the famous primatologist revealed her unique solution for dealing with certain individuals she viewed as showing similar traits: sending them on a permanent journey into the cosmos.

Posthumous Film Reveals Frank Opinions

This notable viewpoint into Goodall's mindset emerges from the Netflix film "Famous Last Words", which was captured in March and preserved confidential until after her recently announced passing at 91 years old.

"I know individuals I'm not fond of, and I wish to place them on one of Musk's spaceships and dispatch them to the world he's sure he'll find," stated Goodall during her conversation with Brad Falchuk.

Particular Personalities Identified

When questioned whether the SpaceX founder, recognized for his controversial gestures and political alliances, would be among them, Goodall answered with certainty.

"Yes, definitely. He'd be the organizer. You can imagine whom I would include on that spaceship. In addition to Musk would be Donald Trump and various Trump's loyal adherents," she declared.

"Additionally I would include Vladimir Putin among them, and I would place China's President Xi. I'd certainly put the Israeli leader among the passengers and his far-right government. Put them all on that spacecraft and launch them."

Earlier Comments

This wasn't the initial instance that Goodall, a champion of ecological preservation, had voiced concerns about the former president specifically.

In a previous discussion, she had observed that he exhibited "comparable kind of behavior as an alpha chimp exhibits when vying for leadership with another. They posture, they parade, they present themselves as really more large and hostile than they really are in order to intimidate their rivals."

Dominance Patterns

During her posthumous documentary, Goodall expanded upon her analysis of alpha personalities.

"We observe, remarkably, two types of alpha. One does it all by aggression, and since they're powerful and they battle, they don't endure very long. Another group achieves dominance by using their brains, like an aspiring leader will just confront a more dominant one if his friend, typically a relative, is with him. And research shows, they endure far more extended periods," she detailed.

Group Dynamics

The renowned scientist also studied the "political aspect" of behavior, and what her comprehensive research had revealed to her about aggressive behaviors displayed by people and primates when confronted with something they perceived as hostile, even if no danger truly existed.

"Chimps see an outsider from a neighboring community, and they become all excited, and their fur bristles, and they extend and contact each other, and they display expressions of rage and terror, and it catches, and the rest adopt that emotion that one member has had, and the entire group grows combative," she explained.

"It spreads rapidly," she noted. "Certain displays that grow violent, it permeates the group. Everyone desires to become and join in and turn violent. They're guarding their territory or competing for dominance."

Human Parallels

When inquired if she believed the same patterns were present in people, Goodall replied: "Perhaps, sometimes yes. But I firmly think that the majority of individuals are good."

"My biggest hope is nurturing future generations of empathetic people, roots and shoots. But do we have time? I don't know. We face challenging circumstances."

Historical Context

Goodall, originally from London five years before the commencement of the Second World War, likened the battle with the challenges of contemporary politics to England opposing the Third Reich, and the "spirit of obstinance" displayed by the prime minister.

"This doesn't imply you won't experience periods of sadness, but subsequently you recover and declare, 'Well, I'm not going to permit their victory'," she stated.

"It resembles the leader during the conflict, his famous speech, we'll fight them at the coastlines, we shall battle them through the avenues and the cities, afterward he commented to a friend and was heard to say, 'and we'll fight them at the ends of shattered glass as that's the only thing we've bloody well got'."

Closing Thoughts

In her last message, Goodall shared words of encouragement for those resisting authoritarian control and the climate emergency.

"At present, when the world is challenging, there remains possibility. Don't lose hope. If you lose hope, you become unresponsive and remain inactive," she advised.

"Whenever you want to save what is still beautiful on our planet – when you wish to save the planet for the future generations, your descendants, their offspring – then contemplate the decisions you take every day. As, expanded a million, a billion times, modest choices will create substantial improvement."
